The Laundering of the Tithes

It is well known that "pastor" Rich Witmer of Generations Church-cult makes routine visits to other churches under the guise of "guest pastor/speaker." Likewise, the pastors of these other churches also find their way to Generations cult for the same quid-pro-quo treatment.

WHY?

Interestingly, Rich has admitted to a high salary that includes guest speaker honorariums. In fact, when asked about his income, Rich simply said that he makes, "A lot!" He's otherwise very secretive when it comes to financial events of Generations Church-cult.

It seems the pastors who belong to the G12 cult movement support each other via a guest pastor program that enables them to supplement their salaries through the tithes of sister cult-churches.

The business scheme is simple. Consider the following hypothetical scenario:

Rich delivers a "sermon" to a sister church for a $5,000 fee (which comes from that churches' tithes fund). A few weeks later, the pastor of that church visits and speaks at Generations for the same "honorarium" fee of $5,000. This allows the pastors of the G12 cult circuit to exponentially increase their incomes while also treating themselves to a myriad of mini-vacations to other cult locations along the way (and all at the expense of "God's money").

In context, isn't it suspicious that this group of pastors is able to profit from a round-table guest speaker circuit? Why don't these traveling pastors stay at their own churches and attend to their own flocks? The answer is MONEY! Simply, there is money in being a guest pastor within the G12 cult; and this laundering process enables the cult leaders to use the tithes to further line each other's pockets.

Rich Witmer goes to other churches to deliver his sermons (which are full of disdainful statements against other religions and belief systems), and those churches pay him! Then, those churches send their own pastors to Generations for the same reason: laundering tithes into "honorarium" payments to participating cult leaders.

Rich uses the tithes from Generations cult and the tithes from other church-cults to pay for his expensive lifestyle (half-million-dollar homes and luxury cars).

Does God really want his money spent this way? Jesus said: Sell everything and follow me. If God wanted church leaders to be rich, then why was Jesus a carpenter when He could have been a king basking in gold? This circuit of cult-churches provides supplemental income to cover unduly lavish lifestyles for cult leaders.

I was in a curch that started going through some weird stuff when we got into the g12 system -- and soon enough I could no longer deny it -- it had become at least partly a cult. Later another attendee said it was getting cultlike. I was put through a serious mind control session and then another and the whole break-you-down-build-you-up-again-and-again-and-measure-your-spiritual-growth-by-meeting-attendance-and-recruitment show eclipsed the church life we had had before that.
I see my friends from there and I don't know who I'm talking to. It's almost interchangeable. The longer people are there the more similar they are, as if they were being wiped and rewritten and then run off their leaders like copies, if I didn't know better. I love them all dearly and think ofthem all the time but wow, I sure am glad I got out when I did.
If anyone is still unsure why people join cults: The same kind of people join cults under the same conditions and for the same reasons and in the same exact ways as join any other kind of group. It doesn't post billboard ads saying "To Join a Cult Call _______". You join a church to worship God, a company to make a living, a recovery circle to get sober... a group. When you join a perfect group and it goes so fast you're surprised, be more than surprised. Be reserved; be cautious; be ready to back out no. matter. what.
It's still changing, I understand, and going further into scary territory. I dearly hope they turn around and back out.

Thank you so much! I have found you guys. Please suggest a better church for me. I am out of that G12 church but I don't know where would I go... It's like G12 is everywhere here in the Philippines. Wherever you go, big or small christian churches (esp. the cooler ones) have already applied this strategy. I want to experience a normal christian life where you are not judge by the number of members you have in the cell, not being monitored like you are a robot, and just allow you to grow in the Lord. I have had enough of their brainwashing and I don't think it is healthy. It got me depressed and for some reason, my family members even said that I sounded really weird and scary when I was still in G12. Please help me.

It's such a relief to know that i'm not alone... it's great to know that the word has really spread, nothing new to many of you, but it is new in our church. I attended the first day of the G12 seminar at my church a few months ago(they call it D12 here at my place, this pastor's flag-bearing claim on "his" new scheme) I came late that day because I had work that day since they didn't given much notice that they would come. I stayed just the whole afternoon and evening but I heard enough...I told myself,I was never going back at all! Such an arrogant and boastful pastor! Now this group disguised themselves like very tame sheep, all very seemingly warm and servant-hearted. Praise God, praise God, I saw through them. But my very hard time was when I went through the battle of standing firm in my opposition to this group's invasion into our church. I had very few on my side, to be sure, maybe only one or two who stood by me and agreed to pray a Jericho line to crumble this wall that the D12 group put up. I was in a very difficult position since the pastors already started to adopt the G12 strategy and our pastor even started preaching about it in the pulpit. The D12 group attacked the very vulnerable youth, with all their heart for the Lord and their enthusiasm... I was really sad because I loved them all, and it seemed to me that I lost them to some demon who hypnotized them into a trance, taking them to a limbo... when I could get them back, I didn't know. But my faith was stronger than any of them. All the more I strenghtened my daily prayers on bent knees ...me and my secretary, we had this secret pledge to each other, that we will never give up and never stop praying for protection of our church and church leaders. God answered our prayers since our youth president suddenly woke up from her nightmare, a very bad one ... and though I wept for her when I lost her for a few months... now I wept that she's back alive and safe. Thank God!!Now she's with us in this spiritual battle and she's a great ally in this prayer power because she knows ... she's been there. You who know better coz you've been there, join me in this Jericho line to put a stop to this deceiving scheme that's devouring the Great Shepherd's innocent sheep. Keep in mind, earnest and sincere Christians are the targets! Let's keep watch and pray. May our Almighty God be praised!

      Very Christian Nick,
Tithing isn't the issue it's what the church does with the tithes.
      Wake up!
